Thank you for shopping with Vitora The Label we appreciate your support. We accept returns for store credit within 14 days from the date your tracking number states your package was delivered. 

Please note all items returned must have all original tags attached, no stains, must be odor free and in original condition. We will accept items for exchange only if the items are eligible to be resold.

Bodysuits, jewelry and clothing on sale are all FINAL sale!

To process your return please email VitoraTheLabel@gmail.com please include your name, contact information, order number, item names that are being returned, and reason of return.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Shipping fees are non refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will reach out once your package has been processed.
